Shopping 24 hours a day
It’s fun to shop online. Hours upon hours spent browsing for things you think you need without the need to leave the confines of the indoors (or the desk). Sadly, not many sites offer the option of shipping to Canada. They’re not just losing money, but gaining a lot of frustrated customers.
Luckily, someone has been listening to Canadians.
To celebrate the launch of three new online shopping sites for Gap Canada, Banana Republic, and Old Navy, a group of media and fashion guests were invited to a Cali-styled shindig at Andrew Richard Designs that showcased product displays and online demonstrations (courtesy of several laptops placed around the
venue).
Three vignettes from The Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy displayed clothing from the fall lines. And, to keep the buzz going, guests received a Visa gift card, valid until midnight, to shop on the site. The clicking on keyboards was the only thing drowning out the ‘oohs and aahs’ of the crowd.
From now on, there will be no reason to feel guilty while doing a little midday shopping at work.
